Event waving flag.png The Peru-Bolivian Confederation

The Bolivian intervention into the Peruvian civil war of 1835 has led to the territories of Peru falling under the control of the President of Bolivia. We must do all we can to preserve this fragile Confederation, so that a true and complete union between our nations might become possible.
Whilst we seek to consolidate the Confederation's rule, we will be subject to increased aggression from our neighbors.

Despite the machinations of our rivals, the Peru-Bolivia Confederation has endured for a decade. The possibility now exists for the true unification of our nation under a single, rationalized government.

Event military.png The Capture of Salaverry

With the capture of the self-proclaimed Supreme Chief of Peru, President Andrés de Santa Cruz has finally consolidated his control over both Peru and Bolivia. Salaverry's capture represents the final act of the Peruvian civil war."
 趣味文本:
Brought before the President, manacled and with charged bayonets at either side, Salaverry held his head as high as he could. Execution was all but guaranteed now.
Santa Cruz, however, saw opportunity. A fresh chance at a confederation was at hand with Salaverry defeated. The only question was what path would bring Peru into the fold the quickest.

Strategies and guides

Strategy 以下内容为诸多玩家中的一员所给出的,关于玻利维亚的策略建议。请注意,由于游戏的动态机制,这些内容对其他玩家而言可能会以不同的方式展开。

Bolivia starts the game with three puppets: 没有结果, 没有结果 and 没有结果, and 50 infamy. If Bolivia maintains control over at least one puppet and its government has at least 50 legitimacy for 10 years, the Peru-Bolivian Confederation will unify into a single country, 没有结果. Due to the starting high infamy, it is best for the confederation to concentrate on developing its economy and only engage in warfare which will not increase its infamy.

Dismantling Brazil

Once the game is unpaused, Bolivia should start a diplomatic play liberating nations from Brazil:没有结果, 没有结果, and 没有结果 are all good options. This also adds to the possibility of 没有结果 and 皮拉蒂尼的国旗 皮拉蒂尼 succeeding in their rebellions. Even if Brazil is successful in quelling the revolts, Bolivia shouldn't have a problem winning the war. Brazil should remain Bolivia's target until its GDP and army no longer threatens Bolivia.

Expansion targets

As long as the great powers don't intervene and Brazil has been dismembered, Bolivia should have little difficulty annexing states from 智利的国旗 智利 and 阿根廷的国旗 阿根廷. Once 巴拉圭的国旗 巴拉圭 and 乌拉圭的国旗 乌拉圭 are in range, they should be annexed once they are built up to near infrastructure limits. Forming DLC Colossus of the South.png没有结果 is a viable option.
