Each company has certain requirements before it can be established, typically building a minimum level of one of its associated buildings. Flavored companies tend to have stricter requirements, such as constructing the requisite building in a specific state. Additionally, 5 levels of an associated building in one state must be available to transfer to the company's ownership. This can be from private owners, nationally-owned, or a mix of both.

Productivity gives 50 times the companies relative productivity. This is equal to the average productivity of the companies owned building levels compared to the average productivity of all associated building levels not owned by the company. 公司代表了著名的公司或合资企业。每家公司都与国家内一种或数种建筑相关联。在国家内成立公司后会提高相关建筑的吞吐量State status construction.png 建造力效率。公司提供的增益强度取决于国家的威望排名,前十国家获得更强的增益。

公司有一项繁荣度分数,可以为国家提供额外增益,高人均年产值会提高繁荣度。

每家公司成立前都有一定的要求,通常需要至少建造一座相关建筑。通用食品公司往往有更严格的要求,例如必须在特定地区建造必要的建筑。此外,必须有一地区内相关建筑的5级建筑可以转让给公司所有。这些建筑可以来自私人所有者、国家所有者,或两者兼有。

公司成立后五年内不得解散。同样,相同公司解散后四年内不得重新设立。拥有国家实体的公司不得解散(东印度公司可通过决议取缔)。

公司总部和区域公司总部

每家公司都有一栋 Building company hq.png 公司总部建筑,其定位类似于 Building financial district.png 金融区或 Building manor houses.png 庄园宅邸,但仅与特定公司相关联。当公司建立时,将会立刻在一个地区成立公司总部,总部选址的权重取决于公司可关联的建筑数量。总部等级为公司拥有的建筑等级总和,自动添加与移除、公司总部仅有一种生产方式,其效果如下表所示:

当本国在其它国家拥有投资权,且某公司拥有投资权特许,则可在该国家设立区域公司总部。区域公司总部与公司总部类似,可使用该国的投资池和建造部门建造建筑,不会随着两国投资权撤销而取消。*区域公司总部的结余除现金储备、分红之外,会通过“再投资”流入本国的投资池。*

当通过外交博弈、外交条约、交换地区等方式获取地区,当地的区域公司总部不会解散。

增益

已成立公司拥有的建筑吞吐量+20% ,公司建造的建筑建造效率+50%。所有国家还会根据其 Prestige.png 威望排名获得按比例计算的加成,其计算公式为 [math]\displaystyle{ 10 \cdot (1 - \tfrac{\text{rank}}{\text{num of countries}}) }[/math]。例如,File:KON.png 刚果 在游戏开始时排名为185,大约在所有初始国家的中间位置,其初始声望加成为 +5%。排名前十的国家始终享有+10%的加成并且每提升一名可多得+1%的加成直至排名第一的最高+10% (总共+20%)的建造效率和吞吐量加成。同时,公司执行官的个人特质也会给予一定的加成或负面效果。国家集团原则Principle tier II.png内部贸易 内部贸易 II提供+5%的公司吞吐量,而原则Principle tier I.png公司 公司 I提供+10%的公司吞吐量。这与基础吞吐量、执行官特质和声望等级加成是相加的。

给定建筑的吞吐量加成会根据公司持有的建筑比例进行调整。例如,如果某地区的纺织厂中有一半为公司持有,那么该建筑将获得+10%的吞吐量加成(不考虑公司执行官的额外影响)——即基础+20%吞吐量加成的一半——以及一半的来自威望的加成。

如果一个国家的公司数量多于公司上限数量,那么每增加一家公司,吞吐量和建设效率的奖励就会根据超量比例进行相应扣减,最低扣减比例为×0.33。例如,如果一个国家有三家公司,但上限为2,那么它将获得[math]\displaystyle{ \tfrac{\text{companies}}{\text{slots}} -1=\tfrac{3}{2}-1= }[/math]×0.5的乘数,即正常公司奖励的50%。这一规则同样适用于威望给予的效果。

繁荣度

公司初始拥有0繁荣度。繁荣度将向繁荣度目标移动,每周变化进度在0.2到1之间,取决于公司拥有的满雇佣建筑等级。拥有20以上满雇佣建筑等级时,繁荣度增长为每周1。满雇佣建筑等级为40以上时,繁荣度增长将减少每周0.2。这些值随着满雇佣建筑等级的降低而减小或增大。例如,如果只有10个满雇佣建筑,一家公司的繁荣每周将增加0.6或减少0.8。

繁荣度目标由公司的人均年产值、雇佣建筑等级数量、及 Role executive.png 执行官的 Political popularity.png 人气所决定。年产值提供的繁荣度目标是公司相对年产值的50倍(相对年产值=[math]\displaystyle{ \tfrac{\text{公司拥有的建筑等级的人均年产值}}{\text{公司未拥有的所有类似建筑等级的人均年产值}} }[/math])。每个满雇佣建筑等级提供额外1,最高50的繁荣度目标。最后,执行官的人气每点提供0.2繁荣度目标,从-20到20。最高繁荣度不能超过100,但目标总值超过100时,可以“存储”多余的部分。繁荣度计算的例子如下:一所公司的相对年产值为1.5(即该公司的人均年产值比全球类似建筑的人均年产值高50%),10座雇佣建筑等级,其执行官人气为 -10。则其繁荣度目标为[math]\displaystyle{ (50 \cdot 1.5) + 10 + (0.2 \cdot -10) = 75 + 10 - 2 = 83 }[/math]

公司到达 100 繁荣度时,将为国家激活一个繁荣增益修正。如果繁荣公司的繁荣度降至 75 以下,将不再被视为繁荣,增益修正也会失效。

声望商品

许多公司可以生产声望商品。特色公司在达到繁荣时可立即生产,通用公司则需要通过完成日志条目解锁声望商品生产许可。
